My husband bought a brand new truck from Musselman's Dodge New Years Eve 2009. On 10/30/10 the drive shaft fell out of the truck. Should this happen? He accepts the truck and says they will take a look at it and get it back as soon as they can. When we asked about a loaner vehicle, he asked if we had an extended service contract. When we replied "no", he said "you are on your own". Now tell me what kind of service is this? Now we find out that the truck will not be fixed until next week. So this is a HUGE inconvenience to us. We feel we should be accommodated since this is a mechanical defect and not a fault of our own. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MUSSELMAN'S DODGE TO ANYONE. More
