Went to Musselman's Dodge to check out a few of the vehicles and Ronald Romero was on time with making sure I was assisted. We arrived at the 2012 Dodge Journey with only 10 miles on it, and with all of the features I asked for; a then some!!! I would recommend the Dodge Journey for anyone looking for limitless space for their families and friends. I still get complimented on the amazing purchase of this compact SUV that doesn't feel so "COMPACT!" Zil Chaudhry also made sure I got the proper maintenance package for my new purchase. He informed me of the dealership’s specials, and assured me a free detail job as soon as I was ready (due to my busy schedule). He even extended the same high-level customer service to my friend (along with the same deals regardless of the make and model of his vehicle). I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Musselman's and I will definitely continue to do business with them. They say car buying is usually a stressful time, and I experienced the total opposite. Waiting for a catch somewhere in there by the time of closing, all I received was a let me know if there is anything more we can do, and got some pretty good hot chocolate to warm me up (it was pretty cold out that night). Portia Long (Finance) was great to talk to as well! She wasn't stone-faced like other finance managers I've previously worked with. She made sure I was comfortable with my interest rate and made sure I walked out of there with the expectation of great service. She laughed and joked with me, and made the time fly! My friend was with me (a Honda loyalist lol), and Portia even referred him to a great Ourisman Honda for his future 2013 Accord purchase! The service I received here went above and beyond measure, and I would recommend any and everyone I could to pay Musselman's Dodge a visit. Once last thing, I want to mention that I stopped by the dealership at about 7:30pm (right after a long day at work), and got out before they closed (9:00pm). Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! The experience of purchasing my "Dream Car" was just so awesome! I purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger RT and the model they showed me was exactly what I was looking for. The exterior paint was a Black Beauty and I took a test drive and I could feel that 5.7 liter Hemii V-8 roaring under the hood. It was a great ride! I couldn't have got such a great staff who were so polite and very professional!. Dave and Ron and Portia took great care of me, making every step of the purchasing process a pleasant experience. They gave me a sweet deal on the Challenger, it was like the icing on the cake for a car with so many features. The folks at Musselmans were very easy to work with. It was a great experience and I would certainly recommend this dealer for their huge inventory of vehicles and the friendly staff. My wife went to Musselmans Dodge to look at a used Versa, she didnt like the car and decided to look at other cars, she told him the top amount she could spend on a car. Bruce the salesman showed her a Nissa she didnt like the car and decided to look at other cars, she told him the top amount she could spend on a car. Bruce the salesman showed her a Nissan Sentra that they just got in. He told her they just got it in and didnt list it yet. Bruce told her he was going to get in trouble but he would sell it to her right at the top of her price range. She liked the car and bought the car. A week later while looking online we found her exact car on the Musselman web site, same vin number and everything, for $1000.00 cheaper than the price Bruce was going to get in trouble for selling it to my wife for. When I called I asked Bruce if that price was correct and he said it was. He then got mad at me and told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Later Rob the used sales department manager called and said it was a mistake that the car was listed at that price online, he said there was nothing I could do about it and I should be happy because we got a fair deal. This had shady used car salesman written all over it. If you must go here go prepared and dont mention how much you have to spend. More
