POOR SERVICE The service center is out dated, small and the staff are not always friendly. I have been complaining for 3 months about my breaks (that I paid over $ The service center is out dated, small and the staff are not always friendly. I have been complaining for 3 months about my breaks (that I paid over $700.00 to be replaced) were making a squealing noise when I'm driving and when I go to stop. Each time I took the car in they would charge me a fee to look at the breaks and tell me that the breaks are fine. I took the car in on 08/25/18 for an oil change and demanded that my break pads be changed. The rep told me that it would now cost me $135.00 for them to look at the breaks and that they can only change them if the pads were worn down. I complained about the fee and he said that he would waive the fee. An hour later the guy tells me that not only do my breaks need to be changed that now I need rotors because the breaks were wearing into therm and that instead of him charging me the $250.00 fee he would only charge me $195.00. So long story short. I was pissed and this could have been prevented if they would have changed my breaks 2 services prior when I requested. I WILL NEVER BUY A DODGE AGAIN! More

Why is it taking 4 weeks for an ordered part? Lastest service was for tire repair which was pretty quick. Was good experience. Superior Buying Experience Mike Snowden worked for days to find a truck that liked. Answered all my questions and was in general just a great guy. Antwerpen has a deal with a third party and will not sell you a chrysler warranty. More
