Worst experience ever. Beware My vehicle was towed in on 7/5 however the work on my vehicle wasn’t completed for almost 3 weeks. It took Antwerpen Jeep over 8 days just to tell me My vehicle was towed in on 7/5 however the work on my vehicle wasn’t completed for almost 3 weeks. It took Antwerpen Jeep over 8 days just to tell me they had yet to look at my car as they were “too busy” and “didn’t have someone knowledgeable enough” to look at a transmission problem. After making me wait a week without any progress on my car they decided it would be better to tow it to another dealership. The service manager is extremely rude, definitely not a customer service oriented person and placed the blame on everyone but his self for dropping the ball. He talks over you and is unreasonable. He never called us, as we had to call him to get updates on my vehicle. I’m sorry my family and I have ever bought vehicles from this place. More
