Fine but very expensive. I took my car in for service and repair. The service manager was very nice and managed to fit me in right away. There were a number of repairs, but they were able to complete them by the next morning to accommodate my schedule. The engine light I originally went in to fix has not come on again, and the car seems fine. My only reservation with service here is the price for labor. The parts were very reasonable, but I ended up paying somewhere between $150 - $179 an hour on average for labor. This is not necessarily their service rate, but it appears that they might be charging labor per service package or job instead of per hour. The jobs are also not typically very cheap. I paid over $600 just to have the service portion of my work done. I have been to this dealership 3 times for repair and have never left paying less than $1000 even though a lot of the work has been somewhat minor. I go because of convenience, but I am considering finding another service center and would have a hard time recommending them to a friend. More

Not very friendly My car was finished and it was not out where I could see it. I asked inside and the guy said he would get someone to bring it around. I waited and waited in the hot sun, finally I stuck my head in the door and asked about the car. The guy said it was blocked and someone is getting it. His tone was not very nice. I just spent 3000.00 to get my car fix. Really that is how you treat people. Not very nice. This is at least the second time I have taken my car for something and now it is not under warranty and now they find something wrong with it. When it was under warranty they said nothing was wrong. Very strange. More
