Lo mejor de todo es que encontre personal que me atendiera en mi idioma, eso me hizo sentir mas en confianza y me atendieron bien, recibi un buen servicio a pesar que no tenia buen credito ellos me ayudaron para tratar de encontrar la mejor aprobacion posible. Reina y Jessica son muy amigable y me ayudaron en todas mis dudas, hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme a entender todo el proceso y por fin pude llevarme a casa mi 2011 Toyota Corolla, si estas pensando en comprar un carro yo te recomiendo este lugar. Looking for a Lexus Convertible We had been looking for a used Lexus 430 Convertible and had checked with several dealers. When we saw the one at Annapolis Car Center we contacted them and they got back to us immediately. Joe Elliott called and said he would have the car ready. We traveled about 2 hours, so I wanted to know up front if there were going to be any hidden costs or problems. He assured me there wouldn't be. We got there and the car was beautiful. We said we wanted to buy it and was then told they did have a "detailing fee" which we weren't happy about, but we were able negotiate around it as I had the e-mail stating there were no additional fees. It took a while to get the paperwork done as they were having a computer problem. They car was detailed and filled with gas (premium as required). Whoever filled it didn't tighten the cap and this caused a check engine light to come on (on a 2004 Lexus it is not real evident what the problem is from the lights that go on). When I contacted the dealership they told me it was the gas cap causing the problem. Since it was their fault they offered to either fix it or pay to have a dealer nearby me reset the codes, but it turned out not to be necessary. They were very apologetic about the problem. We are waiting for the tags to arrive. They are sending them so we don't have to drive back up. Joe Elliott was great, he offered to drive down to deliver the tags. He was very pleasant to work with and went through several options on extended warranties and other items. I got a very nice car for a fair price and would recommend the Annapolis Car Center. More

Bill and his team delivered on their promise to me! I looked for months and found my truck at Annapolis Car center. Russ the service manager and Joe, the head mechanic....came to MY HOME, 20 minutes away to fix something and make it right. I have never experienced this before...in 30 years of car buying. Mr. And Mrs. Matthews Bill and Joe and Russ and Christina were great this was my second vehicle my wife and I purchased from Annapolis Car center and this time was differen Bill and Joe and Russ and Christina were great this was my second vehicle my wife and I purchased from Annapolis Car center and this time was different because you know how it is when you buy a used car sometimes it may need some minor things that you may want serviced and that is what made this time different because Russ his communication and work quality was great I never purchased a used car and everything got fixed and the service dept kept their word regarding the vehicle. Thanks also to Bill his honesty with my wife and I regarding the the sale and the service was honest and professional. Joe is an honest man and a good salesman period no salesman like him his honesty and patience made it easy. Christina is a true professional she and Joe understood where I needed to be regarding my monthly payment and painlessly got there which is awesome. I would recommend Annapolis Car Center to anyone. Best Dealer Experience Ever I found my vehicle online through cars.com and send an email to Annapolis Car Center. Joe emailed back and called me the next day. When I went for my appointment the following weekend, I was put at ease right away. Everyone was very friendly and not at all your typical car sales staff. Joe took me for a test drive and when I decided to buy the Kia, he took care of everything (with the help of the great people over in the finance department). Not once did I feel pressured to buy or sign anything I wasn't comfortable with. If you are looking for a great place to buy a car, this is it! If you live out of area, it is well worth the drive. Tell Joe I sent you ;) I would do business with Annapolis Car Center again in a heartbeat. More

Absolutely fantastic dealership and wonderful owners. Let me start by saying I waited to write this review until the checks cleared, loans setup, tags, inspections, etc. and all the juggling went through Let me start by saying I waited to write this review until the checks cleared, loans setup, tags, inspections, etc. and all the juggling went through with buying a vehicle out of state. We purchased 2 vehicles within 3 weeks and drove close to 70 trucks and approx. 12 Volkswagens to get what we wanted for me and my wife. Needless to say, the wife and I haven't enjoyed a day off in a while. As you can imagine we have traveled 6 states and over 4000 miles to find what we wanted. Men take advice. If she ain't happy... you ain't happy. When we saw this dealership 2 hours away we left within 15 minutes. We know vehicles. We ran carfaxes. We did our homework. This car matched up. The price and value were there. We called and Bill answered. Said he had the car and he would make sure it was ready for us when we came. After gathering the kids to leave and plugging in the coordinates, Byron called. Said he would be waiting for us with the car ready to go when we got there. Explained it would take 2 hours and 5 minutes according to the GPS. We heard this story before. Almost 20 times out of the almost 100 visits around. 2 Hours and 7 minutes later we pulled into the lot. There was Byron. Standing next to the car in front of the showroom, keys at the ready with the car spotless. A quick few words and a copy of my license and we were off test driving. Their reconditioning department is absolutely awesome. For a used car you would never know it. We drove that car home that night. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were happy. They gave snacks to the kids and offered us drinks as we waited. They were hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. We have owned so many cars over the years. We decided we wanted something that would last and hold value. That's why we wanted a TDI Passat. It's the same reason I wanted a cummins. Now me and the wife are both happy. I wish we could have bought the truck there too. They were honest about everything. Byron was the kind of sales guy you want. He won't BS you. If the numbers don't work or you have concerns he will tell it like it is and fix what it is you want done. I know our diesels will last for a long time. We had financing before we got there. So I can't comment on that. But we will be back next time were looking for a vehicle. Friends, family, social media, and general word of mouth will make or break you. If others are reading this check them out. Reviews other places are all saying the same thing. - I'm sure you guys will read this. Tell the gentleman with the hatch vw in the corner that we averaged 52.8mpg on the way home. Best is 53.2 on a 2.5 hour trip and 48.8 on the whole first tank. Car runs fantastic. I was looking for a used car with excellent gas mileage (that would last ‘forever’) and I was interested in a hatchback style as well. I worked with Byron Griffin at Annapolis Car Center, who accompanied me on several test drives. Byron was knowledgeable about the cars that I test drove, and also took great care in addressing all of my questions and concerns about each vehicle. I finally decided on a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta TDI (which I am in love with!). I was unsure if I could afford such a new vehicle, but Byron and Christina Talbott helped me get fantastic financing with very low interest. Overall, I found Annapolis Car Center to have a personable and welcoming atmosphere and I was impressed with the customer service provided by their sales staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

AWESOME SERVICE!! They were all very understanding and worked with my mother and I to qualify for the lowest interest rate possible! After recieving my car I had it checked out by my local mechanic and he found some small issues I might have down the road with it being a old car. I called Jessica and she was able to help me order all the nessisary parts and have the shop fix it up and my car good as new!! Excellent service i would recommend to all my friends and family!!
