Very Good Experience I met with Joe to look at a 2011 M-B E350. He was a very nice person and was well informed about the car. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying that car at any time like I did a numerous other dealerships that week. After I bought the car, I brought it back a week later to get detailed. I noticed some issues with the paint on the hood of the car after they detailed it. They offered to repaint the hood at no cost. Very good customer service. I had already done my research and found the car that I wanted to buy at ACC and had set an appointment with Jess. I was greeted at the door and right away we were jumping into my potential 2102 Wrangler. I went on the ride with a nice young lady, and it was a long test drive through downtown Annapolis, so I got a great feel for the different driving environments. After we got back from our test, we started on the fun part! Paper Work and Financing! Jess and the staff at ACC were very informative and not pressuring at all during the whole experience. I got exactly what I wanted and understood the whole process and the staff had no issues breaking it all down, multiple times for me. At the end of the day I drove away in my (new to me) Jeep Wrangler, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the staff at ACC; it was a pleasure working with Jessica and you all. More

I've been car shopping for about 3 months and I got terrible vibes from every single car salesmen I met, besides the salesmen at Annapolis Car center. They were a breath of fresh air. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and most importantly they WERE NOT at all pushy. They didn't play games. I told them the budget I had to work with and they worked with me and didn't waste my time. I'm stoked about getting my Veloster from them, and the other cars they had on the lot looked great as well. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from ACC. More

I went there not knowing exactly what my husband and I wante I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. I went there not knowing exactly what my husband and I wanted. Thankfully Jessica was referred to me from a very close family friend. She actually listened to everything I said and worked with my budget which I appreciate. I know now why my friend spoke so highly of her, she really made my husband and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. I felt absolutely no pressure from her or the management staff, every one was very friendly. They let my husband and I take an extra long test drive all the way to our home while Bill worked on getting us the BEST deal possible. She stayed true to her word in getting me the BEST deal possible and they got me such a low interest rate that I didn't think I qualified for. She was very informative and walked me through all the paper work step by step making sure I understood everything before signing. That was very helpful because my husband doesn't speak English and she went through it all in Spanish just for us (our 1st language). We are now very happy owners of a Chevy Tahoe. A few weeks later we returned to Annapolis Car Center, explained our issue and they really worked with us to trade in the truck for another vehicle. The price was good and the service was great. Bought the car, didn't I? Went in to check out the car I was thinking of buying and was talked into buying it. They answered all my questions and were very persuasive.
