My fiance and I had spent considerable time researching certified pre-owned Nissan's and had made the decision to purchase a Rogue this month. We had gone to look at a Rogue at another dealership in the vi certified pre-owned Nissan's and had made the decision to purchase a Rogue this month. We had gone to look at a Rogue at another dealership in the vicinity of Anchor Nissan. We had spent a good portion of our day there and felt a disconnect and cold vibe from the sales team and financing manager. This other dealership was oppositional to accepting the financing I brought from my bank so we left there feeling disheartened and let down. On a whim, we decided to stop at Anchor on the way home and we are so GRATEFUL we did. We walked in and were greeted warmly by Eric Fera who was considerate and able to listen to us and our needs. Eric gave us a feeling of security in making this purchase and was able to walk us through the process of taking home a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV. Eric did not balk at the fact that we brought our own financing with us and was happy to assist us in the purchasing of this vehicle. Everything about this sale felt "right" unlike how we felt at the other dealership we visited first. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that if they are interested in buying a vehicle to check out Anchor and ask for Eric! More

Returned to pick up vehicle 1 week later and noticed that my deposit was not deducted on the Bill of Sales. I confirmed twice as they told me they did not charge my CC the $500.00. Took their word for it. Wala 30 days later I received my CC statement and a charge for $500.00. They lied and got caught. Awaiting my refund. No integrity. I wonder how many people this has happened to and they did not review their CC statement. Stay away. More
I can't say enough about my recent amazing experience with Eric Fera at Anchor Nissan. My husband previously had a wonderful experience with him purchasing his Frontier, so when it was time to purchase a with Eric Fera at Anchor Nissan. My husband previously had a wonderful experience with him purchasing his Frontier, so when it was time to purchase a new Murano I reached out to Eric and he provided me with several great choices - all warmed up and ready to test drive! The next day, I had an unexpected death in my family but still needed to complete my car purchase - Eric Fera and Eric in the finance department could not have been more kind and understanding. When I returned four days later to complete the purchase, it was the easiest, seamless car buying experience I have ever had BY FAR. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. I also want to note that this is NOT the closest Nissan dealership to my home, but nevertheless my husband and I will remain loyal to Anchor for purchasing and servicing our vehicles because our experiences have been so outstanding. Thank you so much - we could not be happier with our exceptional experiences! More

I recently purchased a brand-new 2020 Nissan Murano from Anchor Nissan, and the experience was truly exceptional. I worked with Sales Consultant Eric Fera, who was able to quickly and efficiently answer al Anchor Nissan, and the experience was truly exceptional. I worked with Sales Consultant Eric Fera, who was able to quickly and efficiently answer all my questions about the vehicle (and any questions I had about other Nissan vehicles I test-drove). He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and after a good, long test drive, I fell in love with the new Murano. I wasn’t immediately ready to buy this vehicle, and I wanted some time to really think about the purchase and perhaps test-drive other makes and models before I committed. Eric Fera understood this, and he was never pushy, even after I told him I’d give him an answer by the end of the week. I called two days later, and we began the financing process. After filling out a brief online credit application, I was contacted by Finance Manager Eric Fiske. He was able to get me a quick approval with Nissan Financial, and I was in my new vehicle later that night! I met with Eric Fiske and quickly signed all the paperwork. This process was also stress-free, and I even left the dealership with a better interest rate and price than I originally anticipated! The vehicle was delivered to me in spotless condition. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had! More
