I was not looking forward to talking to a salesperson because of the way they typically are; pushy, not really having the answers I'm looking for. I met Sean there and I was pleasantly surprised. What makes Sean unique is that he is not just a salesman, but he has a passion for cars and racing as well. Sean knows his product very well, and is straight forward. If he was not sure of something, he was honest about it and looked into the correct answer before getting back to me. Whether it is just an oil and filter change or a major repair the service advisor keeps you updated. If they do find something that needs repair or replacement, they inform you while you are waiting with details and price to repair. The experience from check in to completion is very pleasant.
