I made an appointment specifically to fix a recall. I arrive to my appointment and am told that they don't have the part. I was told that they would order the part and it would take a few days but haven't heard anything since. This was a complete waste of time especially considering I had to make arrangements with work and childcare to stay there while my car was supposed to be fixed. More

This is like the 3rd time I've left a review. I don't know how many times I need to tell you that you did a garbage job. I came in mostly to get a new key. Also got an oil change, and to rep I don't know how many times I need to tell you that you did a garbage job. I came in mostly to get a new key. Also got an oil change, and to replace tires since it had a flat. Up front you said that it'd cost $70 plus taxes and fees for an oil change, which is already pricey. Turn out that the taxes and fees were an extra $20. You out-right lied to me. No reasonable person would take taxes and fees to mean an extra $20. You absolutely refused to replace less than 4 tires. I have never had that happen before. It's a 2 wheel drive vehicle. You can recommend against replacing just 2 tires. But refusing to replace just 2 tires is xxxxxxx behavior. Additionally, those 4 tires would have been $1000, plus taxes and fees. I expect the dealership garage to overcharge. That price is a downright rip-off. I have replaced all 4 tires for less than $600 total. And who knows what "taxes and fees" mean. Because you can't be upfront with the actual cost of service. Because you are liars. I went there for convenience, because we had needed a new key, and then got a flat tire, and also needed to get the oil changed. You overcharged for the key replacement. You overcharged for the oil replacement. You then had also lied about the actual cost of those services. And then you tried to steal my back tires which were still perfectly fine and didn't need replacing. And tried to overcharge for those tires, and I still don't know how much it actually would have cost to get all 4 replaced because you can't be upfront about the actual cost of service. I was thinking that I might need to get a new car sometime soon. But if I do, it definitely won't be from the Alpine Dealership. Because their service department are liars and can't be trusted. More
