Oil change service was completed within 1 hour. Service coordinator was pleasant and knowledgeable. When the service technician did the vehicle inspection, they overinflated all 4 tires to 38 psi. When I first got there the garage door shut on my truck and everybody just ignored it. I had to wait for Jaylene Cordova to assist me. I had an 830 appointment in the morning and they didn’t start working and everybody just ignored it. I had to wait for Jaylene Cordova to assist me. I had an 830 appointment in the morning and they didn’t start working on my truck until 230 just to tell me my battery was dead. Then they tried to sell me an aftermarket battery from AutoZone because they didn’t have one in stock after they told me, it would be fixed in 20 minutes and I already started heading that way they need to improve on their customer service and the way they treat people.
