I bought my Subaru at this dealership in 2006 and have continued to have repairs and oil changes done there. My car has been running well during this time. I appreciated his advice and had the repairs done the following week. I am very pleased with both the dealership and the service agent. More

Kudos to Michael R. in the Service Dept. He mentioned something that was noticed when the tires on my only one-year old vehicle were rotated -- "Dry Rot" in the tread co in the Service Dept. He mentioned something that was noticed when the tires on my only one-year old vehicle were rotated -- "Dry Rot" in the tread columns on all four tires! -- Very Strange! Two Other Notes... * Neither the Multi Function Inspection Form or my receipt/service report sheet noted the tire "dry rot". This would have been helpful to have when trying to get warranty replacement from a tire dealer. * My glovebox owners manual, etc. kit did not contain a warranty booklet for the Yokohama tires factory-installed on my vehicle. It contained a booklet for Bridgestone/Firestone tires. This was obviously not helpful in figuring out how to proceed with my pursuit of warranty replacements. More
