I myself worked in the car business for 20 plus years holding all positions within a dealership. Hamid was upfront with everything and we felt very comfortable conducting business with Alan Webb due to Hamid. He in my eyes should be a valued asset to the Alan Webb chain. I arrived at about 7:20 AM for a 7:30 AM appointment. The service department opened at exactly 7:30 AM. They took my Mitsubishi Outlander and replaced the engine air box rear cover (as planned).
