I got the new car I wanted! After "looking" at cars online for several months, I decided that I wanted to actually see a Subaru Impreza. I liked what I saw regarding Subaru's sa After "looking" at cars online for several months, I decided that I wanted to actually see a Subaru Impreza. I liked what I saw regarding Subaru's safety record and customer satisfaction with it's durability and range of features so it was time to go see what Subaru had up close and in person.. I went with a friend to just look around the lot at the cars. A salesman came out to see if he could answer any questions. The first thing he asked is what I wanted in a car. He showed us the Impreza, Forrester, and Crosstrek, explaining the differences and the standard features of each. I felt that the Crosstrek was what I was looking for. He then showed us different models, features, etc. There was absolutely no pressure sales pitch. That was on Tuesday. Wednesday I contacted Brian about wanting to buy. Friday (today) I went in and got my new car. Besides the financing information, I was walked through service and maintenance package choices. Before I drove off, h I was shown everything from back to front, inside and out on my car. Brian and his manager both said they were available any time for questions, etc. for ...as long as I had one of their vehicles. This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. I really had apprehension about shopping for a new car but this time it was about what I wanted in a car, not what "they wanted" me to get. More
