If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service. Our family purchased a $100k 5th wheel, took out on a break in trip and ran through the issues as expected. Took it back up north to have it serviced. Terrible service. I have had to take my RV back multiple times for the same issues because no one takes the time to do the job right the first time. They have told me it's repaired only to show up and find times for the same issues because no one takes the time to do the job right the first time. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service and the sales department flat out lies. Purchased a $180k class A RV. It was the worst experience of my life. Showed up for delivery and they failed to h the sales department flat out lies. Purchased a $180k class A RV. It was the worst experience of my life. Showed up for delivery and they failed to have the RV ready after 3 weeks. No one checked and I had driven up from Phoenix. It was horribly dirty and nothing fixed as promised. Service department and sales do not communicate both blamed each other for the screw up. Sales manager tried to make it right and deliver the RV to me. When it arrived it looked ok but still dirty inside and out. The service department was suppose to complete a PDI but didnt do anything. Grey tank full off stinky water, house batteries completely dry and basically junk and massive coolant leak. They promised to pay for an alignment but only gave me part of it after I paid for it out of pocket. Again STAY FAR FAR away from this place. You will regret doing business with them. More
I called to get my coach worked on three different times in two days. The first time, I called, they didn’t answer the phone and the voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. The next time I called in two days. The first time, I called, they didn’t answer the phone and the voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. The next time I called, someone answered and took my information. Apparently they didn’t have a writing device or anything to write on, because they never called me back like they promised. So I called again, and they had to take my information again. Still no phone call back. So that will be the last time I will use them for anything. I will even go across the street for propane, if you know what I mean. More
We signed papers to purchase a travel trailer from Affinity RV in September 2020, it was still being built and was supposed to be done in December. During this time we were told that we would be kept in the loop and would receive regular updates from the dealership... that never happened.. any info we got, we had to call multiple times before getting a call back. They would also tell me they called my husband or tell my husband they called me when they didn't. Once the trailer was in, then they tell us that they have to re run our credit (they didn't tell us this in September when we signed the papers), well because of Covid we had to put some stuff on our credit cards and our scores went down so we no longer qualified for the trailer. After asking for my down payment back, Brian in finance ran our credit again without our permission. When Dick, the manager called me back, I asked why my credit was ran again after I asked for my down payment back and he got an attitude with me and would not stop talking over me and was accusing me of yelling when all I was trying to do was give him my information so he could refund me my money. Eventually he hung up on me in the middle of me trying to give him my information because I kept asking him to stop asking me to stop talking when I was trying to give him my info.... (how can I give him my information when I can't talk?) Not a single person I dealt with at this dealership, Price and Chris in sales, Brian in finance or the Dick the manager are proficient in any customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and find a different dealership. More
Affinity RV had the travel trailer we were looking for our salesman JD was responsive and pushed to get our trailer during the tough COVID market. Kent was the sales person who helped us. He was very nice and not pushy. I do wish we had more prior knowledge of what extras we would have to purchase before we could actually use the coach.
