I custom ordered a Jayco 280RSOK Eagle from this place from a Sales person by the name of Chris and I can tell you this , that I wished to the Lord above that I would have never heard of Affinity RV!! Fi from a Sales person by the name of Chris and I can tell you this , that I wished to the Lord above that I would have never heard of Affinity RV!! First of all I ordered it with electronic stabilizing jacks and received the cheap manual scissor jacks. They wouldn’t do anything about it! The walk through was terrible. It was as if I was wasting their time. Found out that they hadn’t even wired in the Solar package that I ordered with it! After I had got it back home I could not get the 12 volt system to charge and nothing worked in the unit that the 12 volt system ran. Tried to figure it out for 6 weeks and everything they told me to do didn’t work. They finally told me to bring it back and they would look at it. This was on Oct. 23rd and they finally called me on Dec 23rd and told me it was already to be picked up. Two technicians told me that they had fixed everything and all was working well. That was not true, nothing had been done to it and they tried to hand it back to me with nothing being done to it! The battery was still dead on it and the Service Manager told me that he would have it pulled up and have the battery charged on it the day before I I was to pick it up. I told them to go ahead and winterize it because temperatures were starting to get cold where I lived. The tech. called me and told me that they had burned up the battery. The battery was bran new! I told him the next morning that I wasn’t going to pick up the trailer until they put a new battery in it and made sure all was working with the new battery in it. Well guess what, 5 weeks later they called and said the battery had been replaced and it was ready to be picked up. They also said that they replaced the 50 amp plug in cover that they said they had already did but never did. They were dishonest about that as well. They finally ordered another one after I had showed them how it was supposed to fit on a new unit in their lot. I also told the Service person to make sure that they checked the solar package to make sure it was calibrated and working correctly because it had never been done. I was supposed to pick it up the next day at noon and he said he would have it pulled up and checked. He told me if he hadn’t called me the next morning by 9:00 , to call him. No call from him so I called him back and he told me to give him an hour and he would call me. He called 2 hours later and told me that there was somewhat of a serious electrical issue with the trailer. He said that when they plugged in the 50 amp service it started blowing fuses in the electrical inverter and it started to short out the solar package on the unit. Therefore the 12 volt system wouldn’t charge either because of the blown fuses! That tells me that the two techs that said they had fixed everything were telling me a story because nothing had been fixed otherwise none of what I have just said would have happened! They tried to pass the unit back to me without being repaired not once, but twice!! It ended up that they had to replace the complete electrical inverter because it was all wired wrong and had to relplace the entire 50 amp service cord because it was burned up! All in all the unit was there for 5 months before they even attempted to deal with the electrical issue that the unit had! They won’t even go so far as to reinstate my 5 months of warranty that was used up because it was there so long. They finally decided to fix it the middle of March and I picked it up the first of April!! If you are thinking of making an RV purchase, I am warning you, do not go near this Dealership! DISHONESTY is their way of doing business!! More
We were first time buyers in the RV world. All the staff made us feel welcome and important. We had to wade through the many trailers in our size and found the one that we could afford, pull All the staff made us feel welcome and important. We had to wade through the many trailers in our size and found the one that we could afford, pull and enjoy with our 5 dogs. They set us up with books for campsites, all our questions answered again and again. Brody the sales manager was very open and let us know everything. Bryan the finance guy was very efficient and easy to tell what we wanted. And when our trailer was ready to take home all the orientations were given to us. We had no problems at all and it was a scary at first but all Affinity employees were right there with us. Now we can not wait to explore all the possibilities of traveling. Thanks Affinity! More

AS A REPEAT AFFINITY CUSTOMER returning after four years I was quickly reminded of what a good customer experience feels like. First off, I was amazed when our salesman Chris Heurung recognized me in passi I was quickly reminded of what a good customer experience feels like. First off, I was amazed when our salesman Chris Heurung recognized me in passing outside the sales office. After exchanged pleasantries, I opened with a brief inquiry about moving up from our travel trailer to a motor home. Once again Chris was responsive and extremely knowledgeable, not only about each coach in inventory, but in understanding what we needed to process before making our decision. We never felt any pressure, none. We punched a new Travato 59k and it could not have been more pleasant. More

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We were overcharged almost double on labor for washer dryer purchase and then ignored when we brought the matter up. Missed diagnosis on canopy issues so now I get to travel with zip ties to hold it together. So many issues with this rig and the dealer won’t repair it unless you leave it with them for another 2 months. Unacceptable! More
We had the best experience with buying our new to us travel trailer. Rob was our salesman, he was amazing. We are not local, so we were able to do everything online, up to the point of pick up.
