Worst Dealership ever. Sales people were nice while they ripped me off. Service is terrible. They sold me a new RV that was damaged without telling me, took over sixty days to register it and then cheated me out of registration fees. When you make a service appointment it’s just to drop of your vehicle for the weeks or months they keep it for service,

Absolute scammers service dept made a purchase from me and now refuse to pay the shipper

Horrible experience so far. Had a blowout 3 miles from dealership after purchasing my travel trailer. Took it right back for service due to tire ripped break lines out. Slider stopped working on first outing. Can’t get anyone to answer phone or call me back to schedule service. They are great until you leave the dealership then they wrote you off.

This is the worst dealership I've ever delt with, out of 5 months totat time on lot they only fix half of the issues bill the factory say it's fixed when it's not, they are not compartment to work on a tricycle! Beware! Jessie the service writer is a piece of manure! I was three weeks from end of warranty when it was there an I think they report things that aren't malfunctioning just to file a claim. Most manurfactures allow mobile repairs to be done if you call them. Beware!!!

Prescott location service department has no customer service and the 'owner' lied on google reviews by stating that the advisor told me 'mark our service visor explained if, you could bring it in we would be more than happy to take a look at it and see' when what I was really told was 'I don't know how much more clear I can make it there is nothing we can do' when my rv almost caught on fire due to faulty installation of a sway bar bracket.
