I'm in the market for an imagine 2250rk. I spoke to Chris, salesperson who was very polite; however I was very offended when Chris explained to me that his boss Jeff told him that no one was selling RV Chris, salesperson who was very polite; however I was very offended when Chris explained to me that his boss Jeff told him that no one was selling RVs at the price I shared with him from a RV dealer in Texas. While this was shared with me by Chris, I found this to be offensive since I'm a serious buyer and only stated the truth which I backed up with a text proving my statement. This RV dealership also wanted to charge a $400.0] plus admin. Fee. So bottom line is they want almost the same price for a 2019 as the other dealer for 2020. Outrageous! When I spoke to Jeff about my concern, he back peddled stating that i misunderstood! And that if i did post my concern that it would not be accurate. Sorry Jeff, but this is an accurate account of the event/statements. More

Great sales dept. but a xxxx poor service dept. Bought a 2020 Montana there and first trip out auto leveling crapped out. took back to them and it sat for 2 1/2 months with no work being done to it. After finally fixing it next trip out self leveling craps again this time rear jack also making a banging noise. I'm taking it to a different dealership to get job done right. More
