The service department is good at what they do however having to come in twice for a module replacement only to be told the last two were defective and I have to come back again for a third attempt erodes having to come in twice for a module replacement only to be told the last two were defective and I have to come back again for a third attempt erodes my faith in GM, I hope the next time will produce positive results because these return visits are costing me extra time and money. The staff consistently delivers professionalism, product knowledge, and a no-pressure approach. This time I went with the Blazer EV, and previously purchased the Equinox EV—both incredible vehicles. Joslynn Keys was my sales consultant for both purchases, and she made the process smooth, informative, and stress-free.
