Santos is extremely friendly,helpful,courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable of the cars and parts. He also bent over backwards to make it most easy for me. I needed multiple parts replaced bu accommodating and knowledgeable of the cars and parts. He also bent over backwards to make it most easy for me. I needed multiple parts replaced but a few parts weren't available so instead of them starting the job and having me come back again and wait for them to finish on the second trip, he gave me a loaner so that I wouldn't have to wait on two separate occasions...I simply made one more trip once the job was finished. Much better experience than Acura 101 West. The quoted time for completion was almost half of 101 West. The service reps were much nicer than 101 West. The waiting area was perfectly nice.
