Due to your attitude and run around, paired with your team admitting fault as well as offering compensation which you revoked before hanging up on me I would never speak with you again. You are not a good customer service individual, are very rude and condescending and I do not think anyone should do business with someone like you, sir. Reply all you want - your dealership used illegal tactics to try to sell me a car which they took back when I mentioned reporting you to the state and federal authorities for breaking actual laws. Like not honoring advertised prices without add ons you refused to remove without me threatening to report you. I still have all of the advertisements posted of my car before I purchased it and emails saying that the adding ABOVE the advertised price were nonnegotiable - which is not legal, sir. Your dealership is BEYOND shady and unethical and I believe I will be reaching out to the authorities about those illegal selling practices as I have recordings and detailed records of my exchanges with your sales people that were BLATANTLY against regulations set to protect consumers. You should be put out of business and I will do my best to help with that with the truth about how you treat customers who give you $20,000 even after you tried to scam them and took it back when threatened to be held accountable. Disgusting. I’m sorry for you you tried to screw over the wrong person as I will not let this go and explore all of my legal options.
