Hello Raffi, I did try to work with Steve Woods, however his lack of response to my questions (I felt waiting more then 6 hours for a response to serious questions about purchasing a vehicle was unacceptable) caused me to call the sales department and ask for other help. That is when I got in contact with Al. Al was responsive during the process, so if this review is impacting him that is very unfortunate. As far as the down payment is concerned, I was very upfront with Arman as to when the funds would be available. I guess I come from a part of the country where when two parties agree to a sale in writing it in considered final pending completion of the paperwork. As was the case with the previous vehicle my wife and I purchased from the state of California. Andrew in the finance department was equally unresponsive to my calls and voicemails. The instructions he provided for the fed-exed paperwork did not include directions that I was to sign a blank form. I am sure when these deals occur face to face this is easily explained. However, since I am assuming the finance department handles in person as well as internet sales I would have expected better instructions. I do understand there are busy times of the year, but I would have expected to receive some type of communication from anyone at your dealership other then Al considering I tried to contact Andrew and Steve many times. Andrew NEVER called me back, the only time I spoke with him was when Al physically got him for me. The last issue was when Al was out sick, I had asked Steve for a tracking number for the paperwork that was supposed to arrive the same day as my car. This seems like a fairly easy task to complete. The day late paperwork arrived at my house before the email with the tracking number. I work in a very technically complex industry that requires on time delivery of what ever the end item is for the specific task, could be a piece of hardware or a report on project status. If I performed in my job the way that your dealership performed on my car I would be terminated. Had the people that I contacted, Specifically Steve and Andrew spent 2 minutes of their day to email, call, or text message me that they were looking into it and would get back to me tomorrow, I would have given a 4-5 star rating. This is an easy fix, enable your team to take the last 30 minutes of each shift to communicate back to your potential customers, even during busy times. I know this would have greatly improved my experience. I know this tactic works, as I worked as a used car salesman at my uncles Cadillac dealership back home. Communication was the biggest asset to our success. Thank You, Tim

Hello, The price on that particular vehicle was our final price. You were quoted the full out the door price on the phone before coming to our dealership. The discount you expected above and beyond was not acceptable. I am glad you found a car at your price range. Congratulations and enjoy the car. Happy Million Mikes, Raffi Ohanian General Sales Manager
