Sam Aslanian was very helpful and Professional. I called Center Acura to make an appointment to bring in my TSX for a recall and Sam picked up and was very polite, he answered my questions and asked I called Center Acura to make an appointment to bring in my TSX for a recall and Sam picked up and was very polite, he answered my questions and asked if i needed a shuttle back to work,school, etc. When I arrived for my appointment Sam knew who I was but he was helping another guest at the time so he asked Ray Garcia who is also very helpful to check me in. As Ray was checking me in Sam came over and introduced himself which was great so i can put a face to a name. Over all really good experience everything went smooth Sam got back to me when he said he would. The shuttle service was quick and easy process very pleasant employees. I love that you guys have great teamwork. Thank you Sam and Ray for assisting me oh and also the shuttle driver was nice as well I believe his name was Mario. More

Above and beyond We have 3 cars that I service at Center Acura. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Jason is our normal service guy. On this last visit, I stopped in for wiper blades while it was raining, and he found my tires were unsafe. I drive my children around in this car every day. I don't want to even think about what could have happened. Sam and Scott are always nice too. There is a new guy named Ray (I think) who came from another dealer, but seams nice. I highly recommend this place for servicing your Acura. I will continue to service our cars there as long as we own Acuras. We will probably be buying a TLX here when our TSX lease is up. More
Worst car buying experience of my life. Let me begin with the fact that I really like my Acura vehicles and I do shop around for price. Center Acura had the best price for the car i wanted and that is why I began this process. This was an internet purchase. From the beginning Center Acura repeatedly displayed very poor communication, I waited hours and hours for answers to simple questions. I never received a description of what the purchase and shipping process would be, maybe this was because they did not know and had to figure it out during my purchase, regardless there was nothing smooth about this process. Case in point, I was told by the salesman that the deal was good the day before thanksgiving. The day after thanksgiving I received a call from the sales manager stating that he was going to sell the car to someone else because there was "interest in this vehicle", remember this was after I had agreed upon a price 2 days before. When I told them they could do what they felt with the vehicle but I would be speaking to corporate if they did sell the car, I got a call back from the manger later in the day saying that they understood I had an agreement and would work with me on the deal. They told me to wire my down payment for the vehicle to the account number specified before I had any kind of sales agreement stating what this was for. I told them I was not comfortable with that until we had some type of document stating what we were agreeing to. The final piece was that I was told the paperwork and the car would arrive at the same time so I could use the paperwork to properly obtain title, registration, and insurance. When the paperwork did not arrive I asked for the tracking number. I had to email three time, call twice, and text message numerous times and the day late paperwork still arrived before the tracking number from the dealership. The only bright spots were the salesmen Al and the finance lady Melanie. These two were helpful and responsive. Having bought vehicles over the internet before, I can honestly say this was the single WORST car buying experience of my life. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Be caustious & really look into vehicle All I can say is be cautious and know what your getting into. They are very good at sweet talking and playing hard ball when it comes to negotiating. Quite an experience working with these guys. We went in with no intention of buying a car and left there with a new Acura MDX; a sale process handled so professionally that at the end of it all, the experi with no intention of buying a car and left there with a new Acura MDX; a sale process handled so professionally that at the end of it all, the experience was just breathtaking. Raffi (general Manager) made sure that we got the best financing available, he went out of his way to make concessions that left us amazed by his desire to help (He even bought us Pizza while we waited for the car to be cleaned and finish with the paperwork). Steve (salesman) was a joy to work with even taking time from his day off and his birthday to be there when we closed the deal; he even took over 30 minutes to make sure we understood how the vehicle gadgets work. Andrew (Drew) was also quite a pleasure to work with. No unnecessary up-sales, no uncalled for additions. Our experience was quite the opposite of what we experienced at Lexus of Woodland Hills where we were sold a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX350 that had previous accident which was never disclosed to us and no CARFAX offered. I'd recommend Center Acura any time for all your car needs. More
As a sales experience overall it was good. Pedram very patient. I was also dealing a new guy (cannot recall his name) overall both were pleasant to deal with. Negotiating is tougher I must say. I recently purchased a a CPO TSX... Excited as I was into getting a newer model vehicle from my 05 Mazda SP23. I have to say the CPO program has left me at odds with mixed feelings. The vehicle has been in service 4 times since I purchased it 6/15/13... The first 2 times I was dismissed with no issue found for most issues stated. They did do an Alignment the first time. Which left me confused again since it CPO. The second time I was told it was tire noise and sent off. It wasn't until I contacted the Operations Manager , who's name I got from Yelp , was the vehicle actually taken and several things fixed. New tires. Ball joints. Knock sensor (which has a TSB) cup holders , and mis aligned driver door... I feel all these issues should have been resolved during recondition. It took a lot of time and effort and calls to have them finally take the vehicle and fix it. I currently have an appointment at another dealer for a whining noise. Possibly a/c compressor ... And they call this CPO??? All of these issues are warrantied which leaves me to believe its a back burner issue for them as the don't generate money on these repairs. My wife and I at the last moment decided to purchase a new 2013 RDX. Contacted Pedram, salesman by phone. Asked about what we were looking for and what kind of a price/deal looking for. Had a confirmed new 2013 RDX. Contacted Pedram, salesman by phone. Asked about what we were looking for and what kind of a price/deal looking for. Had a confirmed internet deal at well below invoice. Told Pedram wanted to see if they would beat the deal and he communicated promply with the sales manager who said he would sell for $500 less than the low price I had confirmed if could make the deal that day (May 31st) as the last day of the month. Went to the dealership and have never in my 50 years of buying cars had such an overall exceptional experience from the sale (Pedram), manager (Raffi), finance (Andrew). No hassles, no pressure, no "up selling" no "bait and switch" just patient, knowledgeable and direct. Paperwork was easy and no attempt to jack around with the price which I know was excellent to begin with. Pedram was very patient with explaining everything to my wife (her car) and making sure that we had no questions. VERY customer oriented. Would highly recommend this dealership and Pedram as the sales person to anyone. More
