Honored online quote I emailed Kami requesting a quote on a new RDX. He emailed me a quote in writing and verified they had the vehicle in the color I wanted in stock. When we arrived he had the RDX ready for a test drive. I decided to purchase and the price was exactly as quoted. We had a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone. I did my online research beforehand and verified the price was very fair as well. More

I asked then to email me quote and get process started since I was out of state. I waited 2 days no response I called then back just to find out that they forgot what we talked about. They said they would do email me again but after 3 days still nothing so I contacted them again this time they tell me get in touch with sales manager Raffi. All run arounds too bad because I was ready to buy that new car from them. I ended up taking my business to another Acura dealership and closed the deal the next day. Do not waste your time at this dealership they are a bunch of unresponsive auto sales people. More

Jason Shaw has been the service advisor (specialist) that has written up my service requests most recently and in the past. Throughout the service process Jason kept me informed as to the status for each of my issues. Jason is without a doubt the most professional and caring advisor I have dealt with over the years. In my humble opinion Center Acura’s service department has a refreshing culture not evident in most dealerships. I highly recommend Jason and Center Acura as your place to service your Acura. More

I showed emails from three other dealers willing to go $1,000 under invoice for a Black MDX w/Tech. Raffi made several attempts to weasel out of the deal. Then he claimed that people come in with fake quotes from competing dealers. So......did he think mine were fake? I showed him the emails in my gmail account and offered to call the dealers with him to confirm the quotes. He declined. His store lost the sale and Acura lost a sale to BMW after this poor buying experience. Hopefully, this isn't how Raffi Ohanian treats others. More
Would give this place 0 Stars if I could I started emailing various dealers trying to get the best price. I originally started by asking price for their TLX base model with 2 options added in I started emailing various dealers trying to get the best price. I originally started by asking price for their TLX base model with 2 options added in the Fathom Blue color. The sales rep emailed me a price after asking about 3 times which car I was looking for. (Like they almost don't have a system to put this info....) I then told them what my best offer I received was and forwarded the sales rep the email I received from Acura in Calabasas, they stated that they have a guarantee where they can beat anyone's price by $500. I asked to make sure they have the color I wanted as I didn't see it on their site as being in their inventory. He said sometimes the site is not always up-to-date and if they didn't have the color they could possibly get it from another dealership, but asked me to come in anyway. I didn't want to go in without confirming they can actually get the car. The sales rep responded with "James thank you for your reply, but we talked about this I only have the graphite grey, no blue. We also don't have any in order so if you want the one I have your more than welcome to it." At which point I was a little turned off by this dealership. I moved on making trying to make a deal with the Acura of Glendale dealership. (Where i ultimately made my purchase) They actually had the car I wanted coming in the next day so could place a hold for me if I could come in. I told Glendale I should be able to come in the next day to do that. That's when another sales manager called me from Center Acura telling me that he could get me the car in the color I wanted if I came in to sign the paperwork. (Over about 6 or 7 calls he also asked me about 3 times which car I was looking for... Not very promising) I asked him how long it would take for the car to get there as no one in the area seemed to have the color I was looking for. He couldn't say for sure, but he said he would be able to get it to me by the next day. I had agreed to come in at this point because $500 is a lot of money. I then made my way to Center Acura after work to get the deal completed. At which point I was told they wouldn't accept my email as it isn't in their "official offer format" even though in the email thread you could clearly see what options I requested. After speaking to their General Sales Manager he said he would go ahead and honor it. ***This is the most outrageous part of my review*** At this point we already have the car priced with the options I wanted and then I mentioned I might want to trade in my current vehicle to them depending on how much they offered. The sales rep comes back and goes over numbers with the trade in included as if I had already agreed to trade in the car... I asked how much they are offering for my trade in, they offered me $2,000 less than Carmax. I then simply asked if they could match the offer from Carmax (Please note that I had the printout from Carmax, so I wasn't pulling numbers from thin air). They said no. I told them that's fine I'll go trade it in at Carmax myself once I receive the Acura. The General Sales Manager then said that he would not sell me the car unless I traded in my current car even though I never mentioned it to them at all before finalizing the price of the car. I told him no that was never part of the deal. He pretty much said take it or leave it. At this point I asked for my keys and my registration and walked out the door. I headed straight for Glendale Acura and didn't play any kind of games with them. They gave me exactly what we agreed upon. They offered me $1,000 more on my trade in, but still less than carmax, so I said I would take it there instead. The very next day the sales rep I was speaking with at Center Acura called and I told him I already made a purchase from another dealership, but somehow the message was not clear as he called me a 2nd time the next day to see if I were still in the market. Please do not waste your time going here. Go to Glendale Acura they are much more friendlier and engaged in the entire process. I will never go to Center Acura even though they are the closest dealership to me, not even if for some reason I need to get my vehicle serviced. More
Outstanding Service Department I have been driving cars for over fifty years and have never experienced the professional customer service that I have experienced at the Service Depa I have been driving cars for over fifty years and have never experienced the professional customer service that I have experienced at the Service Department at Center Acura in Sherman Oaks, California. My younger daughter has owned a 2007 Acura TSX since my wife and I bought it for her new in 2007. We have gone to several different dealerships for scheduled maintenance over the years due to work related relocations. I can honestly say that we have never experienced the quality customer service and professional loyalty demonstrated by the Service Department and service personnel at Center Acura. Most recently, we took my daughter’s car to Center Acura to diagnose what was causing the ignition to intermittently not start properly. Her Service Consultant, Sam Aslanian immediately showed personal attention to her situation. A loaner car was provided and a day later the problem was identified. Here is what is so amazing about this Service Department and representatives such as Sam Aslanian. Two weeks after the repair was properly made, another issue developed which resulted in my daughter bringing the vehicle back to the dealership. A loaner car was again provided and the next day it was revealed what the problem was which was totally unrelated to the previous issue. Sam Aslanian, realizing that my daughter had just had repair service only two weeks before the latest necessary repair, did something I have never experienced in my years of driving. He demonstrated what loyalty is to a customer. Since this new repair issue had developed only two weeks after the unrelated repair job was completed, Sam arranged for additional parts and labor be performed on the vehicle at no additional charge over the cost to repair the latest problem. He also provided her with a three-year warranty on the service. I have never experienced this type of loyalty demonstrated by a dealership service department as what I experienced at Center Acura. This is an Acura service department, which I trust implicitly to be courteous, honest and fair to its customers. This is the highest level of customer appreciation exhibited by any dealership I have ever experienced. More
