This was my first time bringing my 2010 Acura to this dealership to get help with the bluetooth and a few other amenities that I wasn't sure how to use. Santos is extremely friendly,helpful,courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable of the cars and parts. He also bent over backwards to make it most easy for me. I needed multiple parts replaced bu accommodating and knowledgeable of the cars and parts. He also bent over backwards to make it most easy for me. I needed multiple parts replaced but a few parts weren't available so instead of them starting the job and having me come back again and wait for them to finish on the second trip, he gave me a loaner so that I wouldn't have to wait on two separate occasions...I simply made one more trip once the job was finished. This was greatly appreciated!! More
Jason and Matt are both an asset to Center Acura. They both are very curteous and have exceptional follow through. Much better experience than Acura 101 West. The quoted time for completion was almost half of 101 West. The service reps were much nicer than 101 West. The waiting area was perfectly nice. I mostly deal with Jason and Wilbur, who make the experience of getting my car serviced seem like a small town shop with the speed of the big city it's in. They greet me with recognition and genuinely care that I leave happy. Jason is excellent at answering phone calls, returning phone calls, and keeping me up to date with the status of my car. I HIGHLY recommend going to Center Acura for service. More

After negotiating (for about 2 days) for a price on a TSX, we were able to come to an agreement. Alex, the sales associate was great. He was friendly and courteyous. Went in to get my car stereo's code and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I got from the employee who helped me. I thought I might have to pay for the stereo to be pulled out just pleased with the excellent customer service I got from the employee who helped me. I thought I might have to pay for the stereo to be pulled out just to see the serial number but Jason was able to get that from the side of my glovebox so I didn't have to pay for a thing :) - Very Happy to get my tunes back - Eli.
