I would not have purchased a Acura if it was not for my Sales representative. Mr Will Combs. He really sold the vehicle to me. My first Acura was a 2011 Acura. My next vehicle which I have now , the RLX 2014. My sales person again Mr Will Combs. I love my vehicle and all the amenities in it. Mr Combs explain that vehicle assets to me. I was sold. I have a home here at Acura of Bayshore. Sales & Service is the Greatest. Also the finance manager was great also. Today March 2015 I am very pleased & happy with my vehicle & service. Especially Joanys Santiago. I look forward to going to Acura for all the perfection & smiles. More

I contacted Bay Shore Acura with a problem connecting my cell phone to blue tooth and Allie was eager to help me troubleshoot and correct the problem. She was friendly, nice and very professional. If and when I purchase another Acura I made a note of her name so I will not forget to purchase the car through her. Should I have the opportunity to refer her customers I will do so. We sat with Matthew Santiago in Sales to purchase a brand new 2015 Acura ILX. He took us on a test drive and explained everything the car can do as well as showed us how to do it during the test drive. He had both my husband and I test drive the car and test every feature. We were sold immediately and really liked his personality as well. We chose our car, and met with Joe Liotta to go over extra warranties, upgrades, etc. Joe was also very friendly and took the time to go over all the additional warranties and extras with us to ensure we would have exactly what we wanted. Matthew walked us through the Parts and Service department introducing us to each member of the team. The next morning we went to pick up our new car and Matthew greeted us at the door and then spent well over an hour with us setting up all the gadgets in our car. He showed us how to work everything once again, and told us if we needed a refresher course or had any additional questions to please call him. He really meant this because it didn't stop there. He called us several times to make sure we were happy with our car after our purchase and to see if we had any questions. It is very rare to find this kind of sales person in a dealership at all. This was absolutely an amazing car buying experience. We then decided to add on a few accessories/options and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Matassa, Parts and Service Manager, who I cannot say enough about. He is absolutely amazing to deal with and answers any questions you have about add on options/accessories thoroughly. He really wants you to be happy with any service you have done. It shows in his staff. This entire service and parts department treat you like family. You are not just a "number" with these people. When we walked in we were greeted by Joanys Santiago who has the best personality and is so sweet. Kenny McKeever and Tim Reid are also two outstanding Service Department employees always making sure you are happy and explain everything to you thoroughly. Tom Farula in Parts is also extremely helpful answering any questions about add on parts and even showing you what the parts look like. I must also commend the Detail Department/Car Wash Department. Having purchased a black car I feel extremely confident having them detail my car inside and out. Each time it comes back perfect and shiny with a smile! I must say the employees at this dealership are the main reason we purchased our new car here and will only go here for service and parts. The garage is the cleanest garage we have ever seen. Anyone can feel very confident leaving their brand new car there. I am very happy we chose Acura of Bayshore! I recommend them very highly to anyone who is in the car buying market!!! I live in Nassau County and would normally go to Rallye, Island, Valley Stream, and Huntingto I recently leased my 2015 MDX Tech from Acura Bay Shore. I live in Nassau County and would normally go to Rallye, Island, Valley Stream, and Huntington to shop the price. I received a flyer from Bay Shore and thought I would check them out. I went to them first and sat down with Jason Rupansingh. It was a very good first experience overall. Jason was very professional not overly pushy but it was clear that he wanted my business. Which I appreciated. Excellent price and terms on the 1st go around. But I really wanted to shop it around and do my homework, which I did over the next couple of days. I hit all the other dealers on Long Island and no one could top the deal. No one was really close for that matter. The exact vehicle that I wanted they had in stock and within 24 hrs deal was complete. The manager that closed me out was awesome, his name was Joe Liotta. Very professional and a quick painless process. I would highly recommend seeing them before you sign somewhere else. Everything they promised they kept their word. My experience was pleasant from the time I pulled up and was greeted by a friendly attendant to my dealings with both Joanys Santiago & James Gullo in the Service Department. I'm always skeptical with regards to anything that states "free" when it comes to bringing a car back to the dealership. Imagine my shock when I had the oil changed, wheels rotated and the car washed for no charge! On top of that, my car was ready in a hour as they stated it would be. What a treat! I bought my new MDX from Diego Bonilla. What a pleasure! He knew the vehicle inside and out. I had been to three other dealerships before I walked in. I had, what I thought were some of the best prices. Diego had me sit down with the general manager and finance manager and we worked out a FANTASTIC deal. ( It was a real pleasure BTW, they do NOT pressure you.) On top of that, they give you free oil changes, car washes, tire rotations, and inspections for as long as you own it. "Painless Experience!!" What a pleasurable experience from Acura of Bay Shore! From the moment we arrived - the staff was nothing but professional and hospitable. We were greeted right away - and we met with a true gentleman Charlie Gordon. Charlie was very knowledgeable - not your typical "salesman". We were coming off a lease from a Lexus and wanted the Acura RDX. Charlie crunched some numbers and we tried to come to a comfortable price for both of us. In steps General Sales Manager Christine Staab, a no nonsense professional lady and most of all - NO GAMES!! Christine gave us no pressure but worked with us so we could make deal. Within 15 minutes we had a deal and purchased the RDX. I cannot say enough about these two professionals! They made the "nightmare" of purchasing a car from a car dealership a very pleasurable one. This dealership is NOT close to my home but it was well worth the trip! Today we picked up our car - just when you think it can't get any better - it does! We met with Mr. Joe Liotta (General Manager) to sign our papers. He explained everything in detail to us and was very patient - he was another true gentleman. We were then walked into the service department and were introduced to the staff for when we bring our car in for service. This entire new car experience was second to none! Thank you Charlie, Christine and Joe for NOT treating us like a customer - but treating us more like FAMILY! My suggestion is - you can go to other Acura Dealerships first, but then save the best for last and go to Acura of Bay Shore and see Charlie Gordon - a NO PRESSURE individual!
