Nothing but good things I really can't rave enough about Acura of Bay Shore. Matt Santiago is the guy to go to. Coming from a Lexus lease, and displeased with the offers they had to give me-- I went into Acura with an early termination lease letter I received. Matt was knowledgable, kind and informative-- he was never pushy and really did his best to give me the payments I wanted. He worked out numbers that when I brought to other Acura dealers they said they couldn't beat and I was really getting an awesome deal. Everything went smoothly and I love my new ILX. I am definitely sticking with Acura after this deal and will recommend this dealer and brand to anyone. More

I had a service done on the car and it was a great experience, the service writer was great. Ms Santiago was always a cut above the best. At no point in the process was out of the loop, and I was cont experience, the service writer was great. Ms Santiago was always a cut above the best. At no point in the process was out of the loop, and I was contacted very shortly after the care was brought in for service, to be advised what was wrong , the price of the service and what would be done and how long it would take. Communication for me is the key since I am on the road a lot. I would differently recommend the service department to any one, and I would definitely send them to Ms,. Santiago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Excellent customer service. While at service center for oil change the dealer had a recall order which was also addressed.
