Again, unscheduled drop off on Monday due to engine trouble on way to work. Uberred me to work. Did not have loaner available. Diagnosed issue. Part didn’t arrive next day (ordered too late). When part was sent to wrong location the next day, they were able to arrange for me to get a loaner. I asked again for my inspection report. They ran it and gave it to me. Since my car was in the shop I elected to have extra work done based on report. Didn’t get my car back until following Monday because the work wasn’t going to be completed until sometime Saturday. They said I could hold onto loaner until then. I really wanted my car back Friday. Communication became spotty Friday, that I ended up going to the dealership to see if by chance they were able to finish the work on Friday. In general, communication was good this experience but not as good as previous. More

Our experience in buying a new Mazda CX50 was exactly what we were looking for in 2025. On our first visit to the dealership, we walked through the lot to look at colors of the vehicles in stock and dete what we were looking for in 2025. On our first visit to the dealership, we walked through the lot to look at colors of the vehicles in stock and determined based on looks we wanted to test drive one, our second visit we met with David Duffin and were able to test drive the vehicle with no pressure to purchase. A few days later we discussed pricing via email and phone. They did not have one in stock with the option we wanted to get to our price range, so David and Dominic worked together to get one. A week later we left the dealership with the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. More
