Kristen is amazing @ her job. She took her time with us. She showed me different cars to suit my needs.She went out of her way ….coming in on her day off so that i could pick up on my day off! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dealership! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I never felt pressured, and everyone made the process easy and enjoyable.

I needed a front bracket for my car and was told to contact a Mazda dealership for the part. I was also SEVERELY warned by my brothers about dealership in general and to be on guard... To make a long story short 495 Mazda treated me like a family member, they did NOT hustle me at all. They even installed the part for FREE. I ended up asking them to do an inspection and everything else. My brothers were very shocked when I told them about my experience, They said "that's a miracle" 495 Mazda are good people, highly recommend.

I went to mazda the other day to get an oil change they also found somethings that needed to be fixed every thing was done on the same day then I had to come back no heat coming from the vents got that fixed to emily was super awesome thank you emily and every one at mazda for taking care of my car and washing it to very happy every thing went very good I will definitely come back again great job every one
