Had the BEST experience at 495 Mazda thanks to Emily (service writer) and Scott (service manager). Emily quickly picked up the phone and was all ears to help me pin point the issue! Within that same wee (service writer) and Scott (service manager). Emily quickly picked up the phone and was all ears to help me pin point the issue! Within that same week, they were able to get me an appointment and find the issue in no time! I was greeted by Emily with a smiling face and ready to help me, then she got her service manager scott to go on a ride with me to figure out the issue itself with my car. Within three minutes, he was able to name the problem and set me up for a loaner for a few hours and came back and my car was brand new!! Nothing but great people and great technicians over at 495 Mazda! Thank you Emily,Scott and the rest of the service team :) More
