I love Kia in the East although they are further from where I live the customer service and staff is reliable, efficient, like family. Been with them for five years and I won’t switch to another car deal where I live the customer service and staff is reliable, efficient, like family. The entire sales team, including finance team and finance manager, had no problem lying to me about the refinancing process and approval process for my new vehicle. I would have never gone through with the s manager, had no problem lying to me about the refinancing process and approval process for my new vehicle. I would have never gone through with the sale had I known I would end up being permenantly stuck making payments outside of my budget. A misunderstanding is one thing, but blatant lies are another. I would never recommend this dealership. More
