Awesome dealership. My experience from beginning to end was professional and straight forward. No reindeer games. Pleasant experience, professionalism at it's best! I live in Davenport, and stopped at 4 Honda dealers before Brandon Honda. Honestly, I already had more "typical" dealership salesmanship than I could I live in Davenport, and stopped at 4 Honda dealers before Brandon Honda. Honestly, I already had more "typical" dealership salesmanship than I could handle in one day after the 1st 4... but since I was already in Winter Haven and half way there... I decided to continue on to one more. I had communicated with Bill "Captain" Kirk from their website's on-line sales link and asked for him upon arrival. He was direct and to the point with no BS... and when he had a prior appointment arrive, passed me on to Zouhair "Zee" Houichi who was equally professional and straightforward. Bottom line... I SHOPPED at 5 dealerships and bought at 1! Brandon Honda... I highly recommend that any Honda shopper checks them out! More

1st time cutomer Bought a 2019 Odyssey in late December 2018 from this dealership to use in retirement for traveling. After test drive and making deal noticed damage - Bought a 2019 Odyssey in late December 2018 from this dealership to use in retirement for traveling. After test drive and making deal noticed damage - a small noticeable indentation probably caused by a golf cart - to the left rear bumper shroud just prior to leaving dealership. Our sales person, ZEE HOUICHI immediately contacted Mr.FAMER who advised my wife and I that we could rework the deal for another vehicle or have the damage repaired to our satisfaction. at no charge, We chose the have the vehicle repaired upon our return from a Christmas trip to Texas. On our return to the dealership for the repair, our service representative Augustine Cardona, evaluated the damage and taking into consideration of the new vehicle status at the time of the incident had a new rear bumper shroud painted and installed on our vehicle. Was given an Accord loaner with 1100 miles for a week. 100% satisfied with the dealership and steps taken to repair vehicle, More

Amazing Experience! We stopped by Brandon Honda on a last minute whim to begin our car shopping journey of adding a mini van to handle our growing family and ended up lea We stopped by Brandon Honda on a last minute whim to begin our car shopping journey of adding a mini van to handle our growing family and ended up leaving there a few hours later in a new to us van! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted promptly by Zee and led to a vehicle that fit both our price range and 'must-haves'. In all honesty, we only planned on window-shopping but after seeing the amazing condition of this vehicle we took Zee up on the offer for a test-drive. During this test drive Zee was certain that we saw every aspect of the vehicle - speed, noise in the vehicle while driving, bumps, turning radius, and more! During the drive we mentioned another vehicle that we had seen online and learned that it had just been listed and wasn't on the sales lot yet, but Zee drove us to the garage where it was stored to look at. We were very impressed by the transparency! After the drive, we decided that we would take the chance and see what kind of numbers we got and continued with the sale. Zee was amazing throughout the whole process, and was very patient with our impatient 2.5 year old (even bringing him some snacks to enjoy while we waited to meet with finance). We ultimately finished the sale after meeting with Jonathan who was also a great example of customer service. So thankful for such a wonderful experience and for the team at Brandon Honda! More
