Lexus of Pembroke Pines has great pricing, but it is their service once you own the car that is non existent. I bought the car late in May when my lease ended and didn’t get the title until mid October, their service once you own the car that is non existent. I bought the car late in May when my lease ended and didn’t get the title until mid October, and that was only after NUMEROUS calls to the dealership. I finally had to call Lexus corporate. Now, I tried to use the coupon they gave me for free oil changes, and was told the coupons are not valid. I can’t use them. Really?? I had to drive to the dealership to find this out??? I’m DONE with Lexus of Pembroke Pines and most probably Lexus . I don’t need to be so annoyed. More

Above and beyond! Where do I start…I called Michael Banko as I was interested in a car that was recently posted on the website but the car was so new that pictures wer Where do I start…I called Michael Banko as I was interested in a car that was recently posted on the website but the car was so new that pictures weren’t available. Mike explained to me that he was leaving town the next day for a wedding BUT he would stop by the dealership and take some pics for me. He sent me the pictures and set me up with Marlon Amador so I could come in and see the car in person. Later that day I stopped by the dealership and was greeted by Zubbair Hanif. He was very welcoming and pleasant. He introduced me to Marlon and then Marlon gave me a full tour of the car and dealership. As soon as I saw the car, I knew it was the one for me. Marlon is very knowledgeable and showed me all the bells and whistles the car offers. After I decided to purchase the car, he asked sales manager, Zubbair Hanif to inspect my trade in. Zubbair came back with my quote and gave me an extra $500 on my trade-in than all other offers I received! Then I finished all the paperwork with the finance manager, Darryl. Darryl is a true professional and made everything seem less; from the purchase to insurance. Don’t walk but run to Lexus of Pembrokes pines, this team is exceptional!
