I had a fantastic experience while getting my vehicle serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, it was clear that they truly care about both the vehicle and customer. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and professionalism. They put a plastic cover over the driver’s seat, a disposable paper floor mat, and a plastic cover over the steering wheel to make sure nothing inside the vehicle gets dirty during the service. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and really shows they go the extra while no matter how old or new the vehicle is. More

Everything was good, except the wait for completion of my oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2 hrs. That's uncalled for. Most ppl are in a hurry, and dont have time to wait 2 hrs. The entire service department was efficient, courteous, and honest. I was able to get my vehicle serviced within an hour without an appointment which is something that can’t be said for many other service and honest.
