I was at Ziegler Honda of Racine for routine maintenance on my 2021 Honda CR-V, EX, Friday 07/24/26. While I was waiting for my car, I received a call from the sales department asking if I’d be interested i on my 2021 Honda CR-V, EX, Friday 07/24/26. While I was waiting for my car, I received a call from the sales department asking if I’d be interested in a free no pressure trade-in appraisal on my SUV. I said sure. I was introduced to the friendliest sales associate ever. Abdul Rehman was terrific!! He answered every question that I threw at him & if he didn’t have the answer he’d make sure he’d find it! I told him I wanted a specific color and of course they didn’t have a vehicle on the lot in the color I wanted, so Abdul went looking/calling to other dealerships in the area to find my color. Thank you so much Abdul, you made a happy customer!! He was so patient with my mistake regarding a credit freeze, when I came to pick up my new vehicle a day early, thank you Abdul😊 By the time I had it straightened out the dealership was closing, so I had to wait and come back the next day to finalize the deal. So on 07/29/26, I became the proud owner of a new 2026 Honda CR-V, EX-L!! Thank you Abdul!! You made the entire process easy & “pain free.” On 08/04/26 I had come back to Ziegler Honda for a cargo privacy cover for my new CR-V & ran into Abdul. I told him I was having difficulties with connecting to Apple CarPlay wirelessly, he asked me a few questions & then he asked me for my key fob & went to my car to see if he could try and figure out the issue. Now you tell me what sales associate would do that?? THANK YOU ABDUL!! You’re the best, you go the extra mile, above and beyond what’s required of you!! If anyone is in the market and looking for a vehicle, ask for Abdul, he’ll take great care of you!! More

Heartfelt Gratitude to George Bell, Victor Cortes, and Nick Imhotep! I can’t express my deepest appreciation for the extraordinary care, professionalism, and genuine compassion I received during my and Nick Imhotep! I can’t express my deepest appreciation for the extraordinary care, professionalism, and genuine compassion I received during my recent vehicle purchase. Navigating a challenging medical condition with severely limited energy made buying a car right now less than ideal, but necessary. What could have been an exhausting ordeal was transformed into a seamless and deeply uplifting experience, thanks to George Bell, Victor Cortes, and Nick Imhotep. George Bell: Compassion & Dedication From our very first interaction, George demonstrated profound empathy for my health situation. He took on the difficult task of locating the exact Honda CR-V TrailSport Hybrid in the color I wanted, keeping me updated every step of the way. True to his word, he ensured I received the best deal by meeting and beating competitor pricing. Recognizing my physical limitations, George meticulously structured the process beforehand to ensure my time at the dealership was kept to an absolute minimum. Victor Cortes: Care, Efficiency & Patience To protect my energy, George partnered me with Victor to complete the sale and demonstrate the vehicle’s features. Victor’s kindness and respect for my condition were deeply comforting. As promised, every piece of paperwork was completely prepared before my arrival, allowing for a straightforward, pressure-free transaction. Victor’s thorough knowledge and infinite patience shone through as he answered all of my questions—even anticipating the ones I forgot to ask. Nick Imhotep: Familiarity & Seamless Financing Reconnecting with Nick in finance brought immediate peace of mind. Having assisted me with a previous purchase, Nick remembered me and was completely understanding of my current health limitations. He patiently walked me through every detail, answered my endless questions, and made the final financial steps smooth and comfortable. A Model of Exceptional Service Together, George, Victor, and Nick form an extraordinary team. Their willingness to tailor the experience around my health needs turned a daunting necessity into a supportive, warm, and highly efficient process. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your kindness, integrity, and outstanding support during a very difficult chapter in my life. You have earned my highest recommendation and lasting appreciation. More

Found them to be dishonest and selling useless items I don’t think anything changed since they had that infamous tik tok video taking advantage of single moms.
