He knew I had been talking to several other dealers trying to find the perfect deal. When other dealers were sending me information on several different options and what they had in stock, Derrick asked more questions to really get to understand my wants, needs likes and dislikes. I had narrowed it down to 3 dealers, and was heavely leaning towards another dealer when Derrick asked he could just have 1 chance to get me what I wanted. I thought what do I have to lose...although I was leaning toward the purchase at the other dealer i felt as if I was settling and not getting everything I wanted..only what I had budgeted for. When I arrived at Skyline Ford in Keizer Derrick did not waste any time..he asked me a couple more questions and he pointed at the vehicle and asked what I thought...it was actually everything I wanted including my wish list of features. I thought there is no way this is going to fit into my budget. For that purpose I had been looking at used cars at the other dealers. Derrick, and his manager went to work applying rebates and discounts and knowing which finance companies had the best rates. When it was all said and done. I drove off the lot with my very first New vehicle, within budget and in my dream suv. With just a little patience, listening and creativity they made it happen for me. I would highly recommend skyline Ford, but more importantly if you want personal care and honesty make sure your sales rep is Derrick Cooper. Thank you so much! More

The team at Keizer Skyline made my purchase sooo easy. I am used to car deslers who dont call or answer my questions but zack answered my initial call and was exceptionally communicative.
