Bought a used vehicle from there, within days (next time it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. Took it to the service department it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. Took it to the service department (big mistake!), six days later they confirmed, yes it leaks. They couldn’t fix it or provide any type of timeline on when a 3rd party could provide a quote or complete the work. Took it elsewhere and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. Left multiple messages before hearing from a manager (who was unhelpful). Left multiple messages before hearing an update from the service department. This was an inexpensive and very easy fix. A perfect opportunity to provide any basic level of customer service and nothing. Do not buy here! More

We are from Northern Wisconsin and were referred to this specific dealership from my Aunt because Wisconsin Ford would not honor our A plan discount. (about 9k). Hunter spent over a week back and forth ove specific dealership from my Aunt because Wisconsin Ford would not honor our A plan discount. (about 9k). Hunter spent over a week back and forth over the phone between my husband and myself to find the perfect diesel truck for our family adventures. We have never owned a truck nor have we towed. Hunter was so patient with us. He also made sure everything was in order before we made the 9 hour trip with our 3 little ones. This included having our bed liner sprayed, working out the details of trading in our minivan, and even had a bow on the truck as it was my husbands birthday/Father’s day gift. Once we were there he sat in the truck with us and went over all of the features thoroughly. I was starving while we were waiting and it was past closing and he even popped some popcorn just for me. These little things truly mean a lot. I’m not one to spend money, so this was a huge purchase for us. All the little attention we received truly meant so much. HUNTER is amazing!!! Hubby and I are sooooo happy!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! More

Mr. LaRock was very helpful and calm while helping me purchase my vehicle. First big commitment in my life so my anxiety was high. Talking with the insurance guy from progressive over the phone set my ov purchase my vehicle. First big commitment in my life so my anxiety was high. Talking with the insurance guy from progressive over the phone set my over the edge and lead me into having an anxiety attack. Mr. LaRock was very calm and even took over some of the conversation for me with the insurance company.
