STAY AWAY FROM ZACH SEILER. This so-called sales “guy” is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional when dealing with potential customers. Unless you walk in with cash in hand, ready to buy a car on the spot, he won’t take you seriously. He casually throws around terms like “bro” and “man” in an ignorant, dismissive way and has no problem smirking at his manager and cracking jokes when a customer doesn’t make a purchase within a few hours. The cars he’s shown us were in terrible condition inside, yet he expected us to be impressed and ready to buy immediately. On top of that, he had the audacity to say, “If the other dealership is stupid enough to give you that amount for your car, go sell it there and buy a car from them too.” Our experience with him has completely ruined the excitement of buying a car from Suntrup. While we genuinely like the warranties they offer, no one should have to tolerate being treated like they’re “less than” just for wanting to make a well-thought-out decision. Incredibly disappointing experience—avoid ZACH SEILER at all costs. You’ll have a much better experience working with another sales representative at the dealership. Save yourself the frustration and hassle in advance. More
