Professional, secretary lady knowledgeable friendly, mechanic knowledgeable. Sad that never went to any other Hyundai repair shop. Hands down the best place I’ve ever gone and this is my second Hyundai mechanic knowledgeable. Sad that never went to any other Hyundai repair shop. I needed to have my car service AND i told them that my car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately the car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately they wasted my time because I had to send my car to another dealership and waste money on a car rental so that dealership could work on my car regarding my engine. A waste of time! More

I left the dealership last Sunday believing that I was leasing a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the new car, they told us we had leased a Tucson that was not a hybrid. M leasing a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the new car, they told us we had leased a Tucson that was not a hybrid. My wife stopped me from storming out of the dealership that day, but I am deeply disappointed and quite angry at their "bait and switch tactics." We read other reviews of Star, which were mostly quite laudatory. They won't get a great review from me--ever. Even if they had told us that we were getting a regular Tucson at that point, I would have stopped the sale and negotiated for the car that I wanted. They also kept us waiting for 5 hours when we came to pick up the car. When I read the other comments, it just makes me crazy. These people are slick and they know how to make you just want to finish the transaction and get the xxxx out of there. More
