This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service department, both professionally and personally. Yvonne never called to follow up with us, even after I called her. We were told by another service department, both professionally and personally. Yvonne never called to follow up with us, even after I called her. We were told by another rep that our vehicle was complete and sent a crew to pick it up. She was rude to them upon arrival and just said it wasn't ready. The vehicle was kept at Nucar for a week and a half for a battery replacement. Yes, a battery replacement which the battery that was replaced was under a warranty and I wasn't contacted and given an option to pursue a warranty replacement. I had to call again to ensure the vehicle was ready and get it back into service. I can't wrap my head around how poorly she handled our vehicle repair. More

NuCar has been good to me - have bought two vehicles here. Yousef in sales was great. Wayne in service was helpful and prompt to return my call and provide information about my vehicle. Unfortunately they couldn’t find the issue which was a noise coming from the rear at low speed take off in a truck with 20k and I traded the vehicle. More
