They didn’t understand the EV tax credits and cost us $1500 in extra reduction. When had the opportunity to correct the mistake, they acted selfishly and ruined the opportunity. After needing a piece replaced on our new car as part of our purchase agreement, we arrived to have it replaced and the part was Ordered incorrectly - after we specifically had the order fixed after WE fou our purchase agreement, we arrived to have it replaced and the part was Ordered incorrectly - after we specifically had the order fixed after WE found the mistake made by the salesperson on the day of the sale. Mike was very helpful through out the process. Although it took almost a month for a transmission to be found, he was able to get me a good deal on the rental.
