Between walking in the door and signing final paperwork there is no pressure from Scott very knowledgeable on vehicles being sold on the lot. He really makes sure you understand what is going on. Then when you go to Nabil to finalize the deal he is also calm cool and relaxed. Offers extra warranties, vehicle protection and has a breakdown of what each cost will make your final payment. Under no circumstances does he pressure you into getting any of them. He goes over all the paperwork and makes sure you understand what you are signing. Any question he answers in a kind matter and never gets agitated or upset. Both Scott and Nabil have stayed late and or came in on their off day to accommodate our schedules and timing of getting to dealership. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle ask for Scott as your sales person you will not be disappointed. The dealership and all the workers are polite say hi and keep the place clean. The service area is always clean and the advisors there also are friendly and helpful. All in all the dealership from reception to sales to service 5 star. The restrooms are also clean and tidy. You won’t be disappointed going to Nucar Chevy in Norwood. Highly Recommended!!!!! More

Nabil offer 6. 50%, he changed it to 6.59%. i paid $35 for an inspection sticker, no sticker was on vehicle when it was delivered to me. I have to get an inspection 50%, he changed it to 6.59%. i paid $35 for an inspection sticker, no sticker was on vehicle when it was delivered to me. I have to get an inspection sticker on my own, this is an inconvenience, now in order to be re-inburst for the $35 inspection fee, i have to produce a receipt showing the car inspection and fee..that's not good business. now, i'm paying a % rate on a one-time $35. fee for the duration of the loan.. I do not know who Jaydee F. is, but I dealt with Jharamee Green (salesperson), I'll give him a 5 star. I don't know about Nucar Cheverolet yet., More
