The sales person, Youssef, was excellent. However, I made the mistake of financing through Corwin. I had a pre-arranged financing through my credit union but let Corwin convince me to give them the financing. After almost 2 weeks I have not received the financing paperwork. I have called the dealership three times asking for the finance rep, Jason, to give me a call. The dealership has not contacted me. It’s not even possible for me to register this car. I’d buy another car from Corwin, but I would never ever consider financing there. The customer service from the finance department has been zero. I also expressed concern about the way the vehicle was driving in which he hopped behind the wheel of the vehicle and took me on a reckless ride jerking the vehicle back and forth unnecessarily reporting that the vehicle drove fine in his opinion. After the sale he sent me pics of where to find keys and the car instead of greeting me to hand me the keys personally although I drove over an hour to return to get the vehicle.
