Very friendly, but confusing. Three different people were contacting me via one phone number. People did not fully explain quote pricing versus Out the Door pricing with additio Three different people were contacting me via one phone number. People did not fully explain quote pricing versus Out the Door pricing with additional features added (pulse and data dots- with no option to opt out, added almost 1000 to car total). We had the quote price and agreed to that then when we got our OTD there was additional features on top of our taxes we were not aware of. The data dots specifically (an anti theft product) sounded like the dealership adds for their benefit and then charges to the customer. Also: it was not explained clearly that not all SE models have the same features and so we missed out on key features we were looking for from buying up to an SE from an LE (heated seats, blind spot monitoring, moonroof). Of note this is my first Toyota purchase, I have previously purchased vehicles that all models of one type have the same features with options of buy ups. More

This dealership is why people hate buying cars. The excitement of buying a new/used car quickly wears off when dealing with all of the typical gamesmanship. The car buying process should not take 5 The excitement of buying a new/used car quickly wears off when dealing with all of the typical gamesmanship. The car buying process should not take 5 hours spread out over two separate days. We do not live close to this dealership and had to head out there 3 times. Luckily Youssef called us on the way out on the second time to tell us the vehicle wasn’t actually ready and to go home. We purchased a used vehicle and were paying cash, so no financing would be involved and still we sat at a desk twiddling our thumbs for 2 hours before Hunter took us back to do 10 minutes of paperwork and for us to write a check. Hunter was great and quick. This dealership needs to learn to respect people’s time and realize not all of us like to come in and waste a day playing games going back and forth between the sales manager. Like I said, Youssef and Hunter were good to work with but I think I’d be hard pressed to ever purchase another vehicle from Corwin Toyota. More
