I was not told that I the shuttle could not take me back home due to the mileage. This was not a problem before and was not communicated to me before coming in for service. I made my appointment online and this would have been a determining factor for this service time. An UNEXCEPTABLE three hour wait for tire rotation and oil change ensued. Gigi was helpful in making sure repairs promised last service were completed this time around. More
