The experience with the seller on July 4th was spectacular, just like two years ago when I also bought another car from him at the same dealer. I do not understand how they give the keys to a new car to a person when the financing had not been approved and they call you a week later to inform you of this situation. Maybe I am just another one, but I hope I never have to return to your dealer again. Today, by mistake, they managed to convince me to return the dealer to change the review because they had a new deal for me, which was not the case. They laughed at me again. Yohanny was fantastic, stayed in communication with me throughout the week through text messaging (instead of calling bc I literally despise talking on the phone lol!) My car was missing the letters titanium on the back. I brought it to the attention of my salesman. He gave me a long song and dance about how it was a used car, only two years old. I tried several times through sales managers, finance managers, etc. to get them to fix the problem and they refuse to do so. I went to Ford and got the lettering myself. It cost me $33 and change. This dealership wanted to make every penny and was not willing to spend such a small amount of money to make a customer happy and build Goodwill. I will never purchase anything else from this dealership And I have posted on all my social media sites about my experience there in addition I have yet to receive my paperwork in the mail, which they promised me and a Zip drive, To no avail, I have never had such an experience in my life of buying cars over the last 40 years More
