It was time to take my Corolla Cross in for its standard oil change under the prepaid plan. I liked how the service writer kindly added the requested tire rotation to my service without charge. I also appreciated the mechanic backing in my car when it was parked into the space for pickup. Although it has a backup camera, I'm still nervous backing out of parking spaces, especially in crowded lots that are unfamiliar to me. In addition, I noticed that the Toyota mechanics sounded their horns whenever they existed the service bays as they were entering the roadway. I worked at Unocal and Goodyear in the past and can appreciate good safety practices -- kudos to the staff and the service manager for running a professional shop! This is why I enjoy being a Toyota owner. 😊 More

Good care is taken of my Camry Hybrid, but twice I have driven away from Toyta service with an altered display above my steering wheel. I call Service, and am told to bring it back in.
