The service rep, Miko, was helpful. He was able to get me a loaner car since my car wouldn’t be finished with service by the end of the day, I came in for my 30k tune up. Cost is almost $800 to top off fluids and some basic checks. Go elsewhere for cheaper pricing or pay someone to check these things. Air filter and refresher spray was left on my passenger seat. I had to call to question if filter was changed. Come to find out it wasn’t so I had to make another trip back to service to have it changed. When I picked up the car this should’ve been mentioned that it was not performed because of the glove box being locked. why did I have to call back and question and had to waste time by going back. More
