hi 2 1 Told when we arrived with an appointment at 7 am Monday that our truck wouldn't even be diagnosed til Wednesday and possibly done by Friday. Yankiel was rude and matter of fact. I explained that had to get back to NC that day as our vacation was over. He could care less. No empathy and poor customer service. After calling the manager about the issue, we were told not to call the dealership and that we will call when done. That there are other cars besides yours. Just rude people at this dealership. I bought my first truck there many years ago and would never return now after this experience. More

Went there for camera recall on Mustang 2017. Had to go back because camera stopped working. They reassured won’t happen again. It’s still happening time after time.
