I had really good experience at this dealership before so i wouldn't blame the dealership itself but you are as good as your weakest link. And i had the WORST EXPERIENCE with yankiel. Horrible with communica i wouldn't blame the dealership itself but you are as good as your weakest link. And i had the WORST EXPERIENCE with yankiel. Horrible with communication, horrible with time management, horrible with customer service in person. I recommend no one ever use him as a service man because he just doesn't do anything to help. More

The service advisor informed me I needed a new battery in order to have a recall fixed. Not my fault the vehicle has a recall, so I don't feel like I should have had to pay for the new battery as the car sta order to have a recall fixed. Not my fault the vehicle has a recall, so I don't feel like I should have had to pay for the new battery as the car started and drove just fine at the level the battery was. I ended up agreeing to the battery change and when I picked up my vehicle, I found out you don't even have the part to correct the recall. One would think you would check to see if you have the part before you request a customer to pay $300+ and still not be able to fix the issue you originally said the battery was needed for. Needless to say, I won't bring my Bronco back for any maintenance other than recalls. More
