Everything on the customer service side great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Sales rep gave me a lift to work. The fell short on the car maintenance side. The mechanics left greasy/oily handprints on the car seat, center console and steering wheel. This took multiple attempts to finally clean up. The wheels where balanced and the used white/light grey weights on my black rims. They stick out like a sore thumb once you see them. This shows a concerning lack of detail/care from the mechanics. took my truck in i had done the spark plugs wires and coil packs i think they pulled the wire instead of housing on the spark plug n ripped the wire out so i had to get all new wires and spark plugs just coil packs i think they pulled the wire instead of housing on the spark plug n ripped the wire out so i had to get all new wires and spark plugs just for them ripping 1 out(didn’t even have 10000 miles on the old ones) and they decided to charge me 1000 for it to not even be the problem it has a lifter and cam problem 1000$ just to change out 8 wires and 8 spark plugs. never doing business again More

It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. If they are double or triple booking like a doctors office then they need to stop. If they are short handed when you arrive, they should give tell you and give you the option of rescheduling. I walked back to see what was taking so long after 1 hr 50 min. My paperwork and keys were laying in her counter. I asked if I was ready to go and she then copped an attitude and told me she had to finish the paperwork and she had others in front of me. I told her I had another appointment so then she finally does my paperwork. While I was waiting for the service, I went into the showroom to see about pricing on a new C8 corvette. There were at least 4 salespeople within sight and no one asked if they could help me. Finally, Jason came by from a back office and asked if I had been helped. He took me back to his office and helped me. More
