I lived in Atlanta for 12 years and moved back to the Chattanooga area in 2009. I started in the car business in 2000 and have made it my career. I have a 12 year old daughter that is my world!

My 2019 Buick Enclave was sent to Mtn View Chevy service center for AC diagnostic ( looking for ac Freon leak) via Firestone . Jeff was my service advisor. You guys left me more confused 🤔 then Firestone. center for AC diagnostic ( looking for ac Freon leak) via Firestone . Jeff was my service advisor. You guys left me more confused 🤔 then Firestone. All I wanted to know where the leak coming from rear evaporator core?????? I understand shops want to get paid but putting customers in position to pay 💰 to just throw parts at car not knowing if it's going to fix the ac leaking problem is ridiculous. I expected more from the dealership.Dealership had my car for 9 days that's sad 😔! My dad was a shade tree mechanic 🧑🏼🔧 he would be laughing in grave at this situation. More

The people I've spoken to about purchasing a new car have been very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understand about the financial part. Excellent customer service from knowledgeable and helpful teams. I drove all the way from Tampa, Florida to have this warranty/recall service completed and I would gladly do it again. I came in to get my 15,000 mile service and oil change. Jeff told me it would be a little over $500 and then said it would be cheaper. On the iPad he handed me it showed a price of around $370. I signed it and he said it would take an hour and a half. Over two hours later he sent me to the cashier with a bill of over $500. I questioned it and he brought it down by $65. I didn’t have time to argue so I paid and left. It was a bait and switch. I will not be doing anymore business with Mt. View. More
