Working with Yadel was a dream come true. I never expected to find such a kind, honest, and helpful individual in the auto sales business, but Yadel was all that and more. He showed us multip I never expected to find such a kind, honest, and helpful individual in the auto sales business, but Yadel was all that and more. He showed us multiple cars, crunched numbers, and in the end, when the car I wanted wasn't available at his dealership, he helped me figure out how to get it for the right price. We will soon be ready to replace our second car, and Yadel at City World Hyundai will be the first person we contact. Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating and difficult experiences. You never know who to trust or if you are getting the truth. In fact, before I met Yadel, I had nearly closed a deal on a new car, only to find that the double talk the sales people were doing was about to cost me way more than promised. I walked away and went to Yadel. Thank goodness I did. I could not be happier with the experience I had with him and the help he provided. More

We knew exactly which car we wanted and we contacted Yadel for information on the availability He said he didn't have the exact one but would happily search for the specific model and color. About an hour later he called to ask "when would you like it delivered" for he had orchestrated a deal with another dealer many miles away. All of the paper work was easily done online and Yadel arranged for an associate to deliver the new Kona to our house the very next day and they even stayed to walk us through all of the car's features. It was an incredibly easy transaction! Thank you. More

This dealership is a joke i went there today and they ran my credit numberous times to purposely get my interest rate to be high i sat in that dealership for 5 hours they have fake fees they try to slap on y my credit numberous times to purposely get my interest rate to be high i sat in that dealership for 5 hours they have fake fees they try to slap on ya bill and when you catch it they mess with your interest rate to try to profit more they would not give me my down payment then callling their own people having them fake like insurance people i so called waited 5 hours for a bank approval when we all know thats xx then i said i am not going to purchase xxxx they tried to go lower they purposely ran my credit over nd over to drop it and then tried to charge me 800 note for 72 months for a car thats 26k make that make sense then tried to say insurance was gon be 6hundred and this is all because they tried to profit off me with their fake xxx fees they thought i was not gonna catch do not go here they are scammers and liars i would never More

I got played like a violin at Cityworld. They must of I got played like a violin at Cityworld. They must of been clowning me when I left out the door on how they suckered me. I don’t know how the I got played like a violin at Cityworld. They must of been clowning me when I left out the door on how they suckered me. I don’t know how these dealers sleep at night knowing how they lie, steal, and cheat just to make a sale. Long story short- 1. Was sold a car with an accident without being notified. ( had I known i would never buy a car with an accident) 2. Was lied to about not qualifying for a lease when I actually was but was swindled into financing a preowned car with an accident. 3. Lied to about the total amount of payments on the car. In short, Don’t be fooled by the friendly chit chat and irrelevant talk about things other then your purchase- Diana is good at this - she got me good…. with all the distractions and friendly talk and failed to disclose the car had an accident. She will ask you 100 questions that has nothing to do with the car to bamboozle you. Don’t sign your car fax until you have confirmed the information on the car. They will purposely rush you through the signing process! Also they tire out their customers by dragging out the whole process to almost 5 hours while they do switch and bate on prices- so you are so exhausted and just want to sign and leave. They had me in there till almost 10 at night with a newborn baby! Went in the next day to try to Resolve this issues and again they try to play me for a fool with their back and forth shenanigans and in the end blame me for buying the car-even was told leases are more expensive then financing- like what ???? Okay I’m boo boo the clown. So yea I was on a high thinking I got a good deal till I saw the car fax and was offered the option to purchase again but with a lease. CityWorld has extremely unethical practices and knows how to scam people without knowing they got scam. If it wasn’t for the car fax report being emailed I wouldn’t have known about the accident nor that I qualified for a lease. To all who read this: Remember you do not have to sign anything! And do not laugh and giggle with them look at the numbers looks at your paperwork walk away if they are taking to long . Don’t be a fool like me ! More
